I'm relocating from California to Austin, TX. Currently in escrow and scheduled to sign in three days. I couldn't think of a way I could have possibly gotten this far without all of my agents help and expertise. Natasha personally visited several properties and videotaped the entire walk-through for me to view since I'm currently in California. She quickly prepared several offers -I would say within less than 24 hours. Once we obtained an acceptance, she quickly prepared the contract, opened title and basically set up the loan for my lender to take over. She was there for my inspection and even helped me find an affordable handyman for some minor repairs that were needed to close. I currently work in the mortgage industry and see tons of loans fall through for lack of knowledge, could confidently say that there is no way I could have fallen into that category with all of Natasha's help. We met Natasha at an open house and she diligently stayed in touch with us. Not in a tiresome way at all, having been in outside sales most of my adult life I'm very picky about how I'm treated in the sales process. And with seven other offers on the same property, I really wasn't too sure if I would be the "lucky one". My wife found a house she loved on Zillow, so we went to look at it. We bought the house and sold our previous residence in a very quick and chaotic time period. Natasha devoted nearly 100% of three consecutive days to search, visit, make an offer, and close the transaction. Unfortunately the seller did not use a real estate agent. This put Natasha in the middle of the seller and buyer which made it difficult on touchy points of the transaction. She did an excellent job.
